For twelve generations, the Ginglinger family has been cultivating wine in Eguisheim with the sole aim of producing quality wines in a protected environment.
In this regard, the domain has just overcome a decisive step forward in its long history which started in 1684, by conforming to organic viticulture’s specifications.
Ginglinger’s Grands Crus stemmed from Pfersigberg and Eichberg vineyards thus offer their most beautiful expressions with a great minerality, typical of the local geology.
In the wine storehouse, hand-harvested grapes are pressed thoroughly in order to increase their greatest fruity characters. Fermentation is naturally made in tuns. This technique offers a wild range of wines of Pinot noir, Sylvaner, Crémant, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Vendange Tardive and Sélection de Grains nobles, that will meet your expectations in all occasions.
